Whilst you are visiting the farm shop treat yourself to a lunch of homemade leek and potato soup with a roll for £2.50; order your Christmas turkey; or treat yourself to some home produced Shorthorn beef.
As well as the seasonal vegetables fresh from the fields make a selection from 6 potato varieties: Desiree, Wilja, Estima, King Edward, Maris Piper and Marfona.

Herbaid is a local source of useful and handmade herbal items. This year our

(1) Geranium and Orange Bath Oil. A delicately scented, enlivening and moisturising bath oil for tiredness and stress (normal price 100 ml for £6.50).

Because of what's happening in the economy we are going to cut our margins and sell our Christmas Fare at the same prices as last year by way of thanking our customers for their custom and support during the last year.

This is not tough old goatmeat but this year's kids producing lean healthy tasty meat.
Can be bought by the joint or order half or a whole goat to get a lower price per kilo.

GOOSE FOR CHRISTMAS

We have a small flock of geese grazing in our orchard. Each December we have a few of these slow grown grass fed geese available for sale . Order yours now to avoid disappointment when we run out later.

From mid November onwards customers will be able to order our Traditional Christmas Sacks - available in two sizes and containing everything you need for your festive feast on Christmas Day, with heaps still left for Boxing Day and after! Throughout the Autumn we will be offering 25kg sacks of Valor (white all rounder) and Setante (red all rounder and in particular a great baking potato) for just £8 - that's 32p/kg, which represents great value. We've had some lovely comments recently from customers about the flavour of our potatoes and of course you can always try cooking a few bought from the market before committing to a whole sack! There are also other bulk buy offers on the website, such as nets of onions. These can be ordered online for delivery in Crediton, or, you can phone to order bulk produce such as sacks of potatoes to collect from either the Friday or the Saturday Crediton Markets but please get orders in by the Tuesday before the market. We regret that orders for smaller quantities of produce must be made online, or of course, you can select from our stall at the market.
