We are a 200 acre, mainly organic, mixed farm. We produce chicken and lamb (and will set up a pork enterprise if the demand arises). The chickens are reared free range on pastures. We would like to produce all organic but the cost of producing organic chicken is higher than our customers are willing to pay.
